Junto Mentors Inc. ("Junto Mentors," "we," "our," or "us") is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Colorado and recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

We provide mentorship services to startup founders and small business owners ("Clients") by connecting them with experienced volunteer mentors. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in our mentorship programs.

By accessing our website or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. How Junto Mentors Works

4. Code of Conduct

Junto Mentors maintains high standards for professional mentorship. All mentors and mentees receive training on our expectations and are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout their engagement. This includes respecting confidentiality, maintaining open communication, and approaching the mentorship relationship with dedication and good faith.

5. Client Responsibility

By participating in Junto Mentors:

All decisions made based on mentorship conversations are made at your own discretion and risk.

6. Fees and Payments

At the conclusion of the engagement, Junto Mentors may request a voluntary tax-exempt contribution based on your perceived value of the program. This contribution is optional and does not affect program access or future eligibility for participation.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Junto Mentors does not guarantee:

Junto Mentors recognizes that Clients may share sensitive business information.

11. Termination

Participation in Junto Mentors mentorship programs is voluntary. Either party—the Client or Junto Mentors—may terminate the engagement at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices remain due and non-refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

13. Geographic Scope

Junto Mentors currently serves Clients based in the United States. Participation from outside the U.S. is not supported.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
